Beautiful villa with private swimming pool, located a few steps from the wonderful beach of Torre Lapillo in the Bacino Grande area, our villa has been recently renovated and furnished with a modern style characterized by the use of light materials and colors that give all the rooms that freshness and brightness typical of a comfortable and welcoming beach house.
It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a quiet stay close to the sea without giving up the comforts of a new and modern home.
Composition (all on one floor):
The villa consists of a large and bright air-conditioned living area furnished with sofa, dining table, TV, kitchenette, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave oven, pots and pans.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are double and 1 twin with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms with shower.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Only the three double bedrooms also have TV in the room and direct access to the garden.
