we rent a brand new villa on 3 floors plus a sea view terrace;
the house has a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave and coffee maker, LED TV, two bathrooms both with shower and three large bedrooms that can be converted according to requirements.
We also have a laundry area with washing machine,
two large and sunny balconies (equipped with outdoor furniture) and a terrace with gazebo with a splendid view of the Salento sea.
The villa also has 2 barbecues, an outdoor shower with hot water and a double garden with veranda (equipped with an extendable tent) for eating outside.
Further comforts are the mosquito nets and the alarm system.
The villa has air conditioners in all rooms to guarantee you a cool stay.
