Situated a few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca, in the most southern part of Puglia, Villa Nova is a delightful villa with pool and direct sea-access, ideal for those who would love to enjoy their holiday doing as much as possible without a car. In fact, it is set in an exceptionally panoramic position in the pretty village of Marina di Novaglie, just a short walk to a few restaurants, cafes and a small market.
The villa itself is made up of two levels.
Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a twin bedroom) opening onto a sea-view terrace, 1 bedroom with three single beds and view on the rear of the garden, 2 shower rooms, a hallway providing access to the bedrooms and the bathrooms, a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table seating 6/8, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and fridge/freezer.
Lower floor: a large suite, conceived as an open space overlooking the sea and set up as divided between a sleeping area with a large double bed and a living area, and a shower room. The outside sea-view patio is equipped with garden furniture and shaded with a tent.
Outside: the terraced outdoor area features a sea-view pool, a solarium area equipped with sunbeds, garden furniture and beach umbrellas. A stone staircases, situated right outside the entrance gate, leads to an easy direct access to the turquoise crystal-clear sea. Moreover, there is a paved terrace with an dining table seating 8/10.
FYI: both floors can be accessed only from the outside and are hence not connected internally.
The main characteristic of Villa Nova is that it is at the same time so close to the sea (easily accessible and with very clear and clean water) and placed in a little authentic fishing village. You can enjoy a walk and go shopping in local food shops or buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen and then, at the sunset, sip an aperitif Spritz or dine by candlelight in one of the 2 restaurants by the sea. In addition, the villa is well positioned, secluded and quiet and is equipped with many facilities for absolute relax.
The rent includes bed linen and bath towels, water and gas utility charges, garden and pool upkeep. Electricity consumption charged to the tenant to a flat fee of € 0.60 per kWh, to be settled on site. Pets are not allowed.
