A holiday apartment on the charming coast of San Foca on the Adriatic Sea, within walking distance from both the soft sandy beaches and the rocky stretches of the coastline. Once through the gate, beyond which you will find two private and shaded parking spaces, a staircase leads you to the L-shaped front terrace, formed by 2 adjacent rectangles, each furnished and giving access to the living room: on one side, table, chairs, porch swing, and on the other, an outdoor living room (communicating with the living room by a large glass door, equipped with a electric roller shutter). Spacious air-conditioned living room, furnished with table, chairs, TV, double sofa bed and various pieces of furniture. From there you access the fully equipped kitchen, with a very useful wall table for quick meals. The kitchen leads to a second outdoor space where there is another hob (perfect for frying in particular), a sink and recycling bins. From here extends a long balcony which leads to one of the 2 bedrooms. Back in the living room, a corridor adjacent to the kitchen sees three doors: the two bedrooms on either side, and opposite, the bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are very comfortably furnished and have a double bed. The first, the one that opens onto the large balcony, is air-conditioned. The second, cooler, has a flat screen TV. On the ground floor, an outdoor shower with solar hot water will be very useful when back from the beach. To complete this nice summer residence, a precious terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the magic coast of San Foca. From here you will certainly enjoy wonderful Mediterranean colours, while relaxing in the Apulian sun. The main beach is of fine sand and presents a gentle slope, for a safe swim. On the beaches, an alternation of lidi (beach clubs with restaurants) and free areas. Noble particularity of this magnificent place, the presence of a beach suitable for people with reduced mobility, managed by volunteer staff. The town is very lively in the summer, thus offering a complete holiday itinerary. The large recently improved seafront promenade allows easy walks thanks to the considerable width of the sidewalks, also popular with people on rollerblades, skateboards, segways and overboards. Restaurants, bars, pubs, some of which organize concerts. Various shops both on the seafront and in the heart of the town.
