-Italian contract registration fee at the "Revenue Agency" to validate it by law (starting from 87 euros);
-Documentation necessary to validate the contract (like OFFICIAL FISCAL CODE);
-Weekly cleaning in common areas (living room, kitchen and bathroom);
-Waste disposal fee;
-Italian TV rate;
-Final cleaning of the room;
-Inernet wifi;
-Assistance.
EXTRA COSTS:
- Public services (water, electricity and gas) are for consumption
- 2€ monthly for the stamp
- 5€ monthly for the cleaning products
