You can relax in the large private garden, enjoy an aperitif outdoors in the lounge available, or simply sunbathe in the afternoon or gaze at the stars on the comfortable loungers on the lawn.
The Villa has an independent entrance, with ample parking inside.
It consists of an entrance - living room, with kitchenette, external fridge and a comfortable pantry cupboard, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with mezzanine wardrobe with 2 open beds and a 3rd pull-out bed underneath, which becomes a bed on occasion. double bed, 1 full bathroom with large shower and relaxing light.
Outside, it also has a comfortable veranda with wooden gazebo, equipped with table and chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch or a pleasant dinner in the moonlight, all framed by a large well-lit garden.
The outdoor area is completed by a shower with very convenient hot water when returning from the sea, and in the back, an additional paved patio of about 40 square meters with an adjoining laundry area (washing machine, sink and large clothesline available for guests).
The Villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, professional hairdryer with diffuser, washing machine, clothesline, TV, air conditioner and mosquito nets in every room, dishes and cookware.

Si richiede un uso diligente di acqua e corrente anche nel rispetto dell'ambiente.
L'ospite è tenuto ad adottare sempre il comportamento del buon padre di famiglia, nel rispetto della casa e dei suoi componenti.
E' vietato portare via tutti gli oggetti presenti all'interno della struttura, pena addebito dei relativi costi dal deposito cauzionale
Si richiede agli ospiti di custodire con cura le chiavi della struttura, in caso di smarrimento, verrà trattenuto dalla cauzione l'importo di euro 150,00 necessario al cambio di tutte le serrature.
Gli ospiti sono tenuti a smaltire regolarmente i rifiuti, con gli appositi contenitori all'interno della struttura e seguendo istruzioni appositamente fornite, pena addebito dal deposito cauzionale di euro 100,00.
