The apartments are part of a historic building in the old town centre, on a paved street.
The building is a "Casa a corte" (house with an interior courtyard) of historical interest, which was built in 1880 and renovated in 2009. It is a complex with three holiday apartments, with furnished interior courtyards.
Upon request, other arrival days than those indicated can be arranged with the owner, as well as stays of less than a week.
Within a radius of 100 metres there are restaurants, general shops, the village square, a bar, a bank, a tobacconist, and a pharmacy 300 metres away. There is wireless Internet access on the village square. The sandy beach is 11km away, while the rocky coast is just 7km away. The location of Specchia, one of the most beautiful little places in Italy, is convenient, as it is just a few kilometres from S. Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Gallipoli, Lecce, Martina Franca and many other places of historical and architectural interest.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a fireplace. The apartment can accommodate four people in total. This apartment shares the entrance to the courtyard (gate on the right side of the front of the house) with Carducci 3. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible. The apartment has a travel cot for toddlers.
