Martina Franca is situated in the province of Taranto, within the Itria Valley (Valle d'Itria), a region known for its distinctive Trulli houses and charming towns. The property is a 25-minute drive from the historic town of Ceglie Messapica home to a medieval castle that offers incredible views of the surrounding countryside.
Other popular excursions in the area include; a trip to the historic hilltop top town of Ostuni (a 30-minute drive), often referred to as the "White City" due to its whitewashed buildings and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello renowned for its Trulli (an 18-minute drive away).
