Residenza Li Archi is located within a private park of over 24,000 square meters, is completely fenced with a high "dry" stone wall characteristic of the Salento tradition about 1.5 km from the sea of Sant'Andrea, 3 km from the beach of Torre dell'Orso and only 4 km from the beautiful Alimini beaches near Otranto.

This newly built luxury residence is made up of 4 independent villas built according to the typical traditions of the fortified Salento farms, completely enclosed by high dry stone walls, has a central garden overlooked by the villas, entrance with illuminated avenue, citrus grove, olive grove , orchard and vegetable garden.
Each single villa is built in stone and has a private outdoor patio of 160 m² with BBQ area, miniature kitchen top and solarium equipped with sun loungers. Each equipped with air conditioning, LCD televisions with digital terrestrial and DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hairdryer.
The swimming pool is shared with a hydromassage corner, measures 25m x 10m and has a large outdoor area of 400 m² with a lounge area (sofas, tables and garden furniture) and a solarium area with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Residenza Li Archi has two types of villas: three-room villas sleeping 8 and two-room villas sleeping 4. The villas can be rented together for a total of 24 beds or separately.
Three-room villas A1 and A2 are the same and composed as follows: 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 quadruple with 2 bunk beds), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms/shower, living room with double sofa bed, dining table for 8.
The villas are equipped with 37-inch LCD TV, digital terrestrial, air conditioning in all rooms.
Each house also has a large private outdoor patio of about 160 m², also enclosed by a high wall and closed with iron gates, used as a dining area with barbecue, conversation area and solarium area with sun loungers.
Also of exclusive relevance: laundry space (with washing machine) and sun terrace with access from the courtyard.
The two-room villas B1 and B2 are made up of 2 completely independent and separate units but with a laundry area for common use. Each villa is made up of a large double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, hallway, solarium on the roof, private courtyard of about 150 m² (equipped with fireplace/barbecue, porch with large dining table, outdoor living area, laundry room, sun loungers and shower).
Each solution is equipped with a 37-inch LCD TV, digital terrestrial, air conditioning in all rooms. External area of exclusive relevance, about 200 square meters bordered by high walls in Lecce stone set up with a built-in kitchen worktop and BBQ where there is 1 pergola for each adjacent to the house, equipped with an 8/10-seater wooden outdoor table, external.

The price (16 people) includes: supply of bed linen and towels, consumption of electricity, water and gas, maintenance of the swimming pool, the park and the caretaker's service.
