Torre Lapillo or San Tommaso is a fraction of the municipality of Porto Cesareo, located on the Ionian Sea.
It is characterised by the presence of many beaches and sandy shores that extend northwards for about 7/8 km as far as the beautiful Punta Prosciutto peninsula that marks the border of the province of Lecce with that of Taranto.
From the centre of Torre Lapillo it is possible to walk to the centre and to the nearest lidos (Lido Max, Lido La Pineta, Bahia Del Sol etc).
By car, in a few minutes about 2 km away, you can reach the less crowded lidos on the north coast such as Lido delle Sirene, Baron Beach, Lido degli Angeli, Bonavista, Samanà and many others.
