Step into this charming cottage and leave your coats and shoes in the hallway. You will be immediately drawn to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with its timber cladded ceilings. The dining table sits in the centre of the room and is a wonderful place where the whole family can congregate. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, everything you need to either cook up a delicious meal or pack up a good lunch for the day ahead. The lounge has plenty of comfy seating and offers a Smart TV so you can unwind and watch all your favourite programmes. This room is lit with plenty of natural light from the large patio doors, which lead out onto the patio area. From the lounge area is the first of three bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request), featuring a dressing table and patio doors that lead out onto the patio. Found on the other side of the lounge is a shower room with WC. Next door to this is the second bedroom with a super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request), an en-suite shower room with WC, and patio doors that lead out onto the terrace. The final bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request), a seating area with a coffee table, Smart TV, and patio doors leading out onto the patio.
