The living room of 23 sqm is equipped with underfloor radiant air conditioning for cooling and heating, with a system of humidity control via fancoil. It is furnished with a Gervasoni sofa bed to accommodate two additional people. The second bathroom in the suite is equipped with a hairdryer, sink and bidet, with a heated shower on the terrace. Wi-Fi is free, and there is a desk for those working. The room has a refrigerator, and a stereo system with speakers is present in the living room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.
