Once inside you are met with a useful utility room with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and separate WC, this is the ideal place to wipe off muddy paws and boots after a good walk. Next, step into the stunning open-plan kitchen/diner, with a vaulted ceiling, a bright and airy ambience owing to its large dual aspect glazed doors, this sociable space is the ideal spot for enjoying leisurely meals. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. Just next door and accessed via a short flight of steps is the inviting lounge, which has a wood burner and SmartTV so you can snuggle up in front of your favourite shows. The first of two staircases lead to a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a 2ft 6 twin bed on request), this pretty room also has an en-suite shower and WC. A second staircase rises from the kitchen/diner and leads to a further king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a 2ft 6 twin bed on request), this has an en-suite wet room and WC.
Heading outside from the utility room you can enjoy drinks or a light meal on the patio, whilst looking over paddocks, often home to a flock of sheep – a true rural idyll! There is private parking for two cars on the driveway or in an adjacent car port. Regret no BBQ's due to the thatch.
