and the stairs that start from the veranda of the villa and lead
directly to the water. At night the lights enhance the beauty of the
outdoor spaces. You can also cook outside thanks to the barbecue.

The large villa is developed on two levels. On the mezzanine floor there is an open space
completely surrounded by large windows and with a wooden roof. There
are various rooms such as living rooms, dining room and a beautiful
kitchen with all accessories needed.
On the mezzanine floor of the sleeping area there are 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom and a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed plus a large bathroom with a jacuzzi.

semi-basement floor you will find the sleeping area. There are 2 other
