Two apartments (Lentisco and Mirto) are located on the lower floor and each features 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, and an outdoor veranda with a table and chairs.
The other two apartments (Corbezzolo and Melograno) are located on the ground floor, with a few steps at the entrance. Corbezzolo has 2 bedrooms (one double with an additional single bed and one twin with two single beds), a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with a shower. Melograno has 3 bedrooms (one double with an additional single bed, one twin, and a third room with a bunk bed), a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and two comfortable full bathrooms. Finally, both apartments feature a veranda furnished with a table and chairs.
The outdoor area includes a large furnished garden, a relaxation zone, two comfortable barbecues, a wood-fired oven, a laundry corner with a washing machine, outdoor showers, large private parking, and two beautiful swimming pools (with gradual entry and a shallow water area) with a solarium.
