Villa Oasis is a detached villa in the heart of the hills of the Aurunci Mountains. In a residential context and not isolated, is spread over two floors for a total of 160 square meters. It consists of an entrance into the living area with sofas, fireplace and TV, two large exits to the outside overlooking the pool, a room with kitchen equipped with every comfort, table and chairs, a bathroom with shower and a large air-conditioned double bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned and has a sofa bed, a bathroom with bath and washing machine. The house is particularly bright, with exposed stone walls, parquet floors and attention to detail. The outdoor area is equipped with a patio covered with curtains, table and chairs to enjoy life in the open air. Pool area on the living room level equipped with sun loungers and panoramic views of the adjacent hills.
The villa has covered parking, to access the entrance level you need to climb a staircase. The villa is the ideal solution to enjoy a quiet area, but not isolated, surrounded by nature and have available in a few kilometers by car the neighboring tourist centres: Formia for shopping, the marina, the train station with trains to all destinations and ferries to the islands (Km.12 ); Gaeta with its sandy beaches equipped for bathing, the green park of Monte Orlando and the medieval monuments of the historical centre (Km.14); Sperlonga with its characteristic centre completely pedestrian island with white alleys and characteristic shops and archaeological sites (Km. 18). Just over an hour from Rome and Naples with trains every hour from Formia station.
