A dirt road gently climbs through the vineyards and leads past the main entrance from which there is a first exceptional view of the Villa, of the well-kept park of over 22,000 square meters, planted with olive trees, vineyards and Mediterranean essences and a large swimming pool. Beyond the gate a short avenue leads to the parking lots adjacent to the Villa and, immediately, we have the perception of the luxurious class of this important property. With a few steps we cross the patio and reach the wide and bright entrance, where an imposing majolica stove makes a fine show of itself and immediately beyond we find the living room with the sofa placed in front of the big screen TV and the fireplace. The ground floor is completed by the large and well-equipped kitchen, the adjacent dining room, which can accommodate up to 20 people, a room with a double sofa bed, a double room with private bathroom and a service bathroom. From here there is direct access to the garage and the contina. The most striking element is the large and spectacular staircase open up to the ceiling where the exposed beams give a show creating a scenario of rare architectural refinement.
