Bright one bedroom apartment of about 60 sqm located on the 3rd floor, with elevator (5 steps to reach it), in a quiet residential building just moments from Bologna centre, minutes from the fair and the walls of the Old Town.

Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain the operation of the equipment and deliver the keys. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for any event.

The apartment opens onto a bright living room, furnished with a scenografic column, that ideally divides the dining area from the sitting corner; in the dining area there is also an antique table seating up to 4 people. The sitting room offers a modern 32” LCD TV and a comfortable 3-seater double sofa bed.

The kitchen is furnished with white custom-made cupboards and is fitted with electric oven and dishwasher. Next to it, just before the corridor leading into the night area, there is a useful walk-in closet made of finely-decorated iron and glass.

The night area is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious 2-door closet and a big chest of drawers. The bathroom is fitted with a glass shower stall and a washing machine.

The apartment offers the guests also a balcony, with views of the quiet shared garden.

Area:
The apartment enjoys a very strategic position just outside the historical centre of Bologna and close to Porta Mascarella. This is the perfect choice to quickly reach the university district, the fairgrounds, at approx. 1 km (about 15 minutes on foot or around 8 minutes by bus line 39) and the railway station.

Via Zago is located between the two green areas of ‘Parco del Dopolavoro Ferroviario’ (‘Park of the Recreation for the Railway Workers’) and the Parker-Lennon garden, where you can have a walk or practice jogging. Close to the apartment you also find Via Stalingrado that connects to the highway A14.

At about 700 m. you find a supermarket; a post office is located in Piazza 8 Agosto, whilst going towards Porta Mascarella and the city centre you find several restaurants -including some typical ‘osterias’- pharmacies and shops.

Public transportation:
Along Via Stalingrado there are the bus stops of the lines 38, 39 and 61 to Maggiore hospital, the fair and Triachini area (Malpighi Hospital).

Parking:
The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). A parking place is available for free inside the building's garden.

Pets:
Pets are allowed (€ 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).
