Charming village, fishing port and marina, it is an ideal seaside resort for holidays combining relaxation, discovery and sporting and cultural activities.
The birthplace of the Roman emperor Nero, "Lazio pearl" very fashionable at the beginning of the 20th century, this small seaside town has kept its heritage of antiquity married to a very elegant "Art Nouveau" style and suitable for families and lovers of tranquility as well as active and curious tourists or lovers of water sports and submarines. Very lively in summer, it offers different activities, events and entertainment:
- in the city center, many small restaurants offering local specialties, regional festivals and in the evening, small craft market, culinary specialties and local souvenirs;
- concerts and shows in the open air, in parks, squares, or at the casino (never having functioned as such but with the evocative name of Paradiso sul mare, witness and jewel of the "1900" style);
