Open the panorama doors and enjoy the closeness of the water, as nothing separates you from the waves of the sea. The well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom are also on this level. In the basement there is the so-called library, a tribute to the thinkers who animated this house. Here you will find many books but also various seating areas and another sleeping accommodation. Large panoramic windows open onto a large terrace with dining area, the absolute highlight of the house. You have here a private access to the sea directly from your terrace. The house is located on a cliff and a steep path has been cut into the rock, which is not accessible to the public. Only the residents of the building have access from their terrace.
