Positive: breakfast was good - location and room also good

Negative: there was rubbish left in over flowing bins outside and dirty cups and saucers with uneaten food lying about in corridor at 5pm . the staff were not helpful in responding to our request for this to be cleaned up and seemed to be over streched with too few people on the desk

Summary: a good hotel in a good location let down by poor management of facilities
