Summary: I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have both strengths and areas that need improvement. On the positive side, the hotel provided complimentary bottled water every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious and comfortable, although the in-room safe was quite outdated and could use replacing. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were clean and well maintained, and the treatments were reasonably priced and offered good value. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects. Although the property is advertised as waterfront, the beach itself was neither private nor clean. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot because I was concerned about stepping in animal feces. The dining experience was also underwhelming. While the front desk staff were friendly, some of the dining room staff would benefit from additional training in service. The food lacked flavor, and the buffet seemed to cater primarily to Italian tourists, offering very little variety for other guests. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and remained weak even when using a booster. Overall, I did not feel it offered good value for the price. With improvements to the beach, food quality, dining service, and internet connectivity, it could provide a better guest experience.
