Summary: The AC didn't work, they knew it and just pretended to check it out. They end up giving me a fan which was ok because it wasn't that hot. The place is clean and some of the service staff are very good. Wish the bar had snacks while it's open and not only during specific hours. They have many people behind the bar but no one cares to go to the beach area to offer food & drinks. It's probably one of the best hotels in Nosy Be but still needs a lot of improvement. Also at check out I paid with credit card but some items had to be paid with cash, no specific reason explained.
