Positive: Breakfast was at a nice, easy-to-reach location with a good selection. Staff were helpful during breakfast.

Negative: We have been charged by the online service and the hotel. No return communication. Very very extended room service wait, basic meals. (we had to call as we think they forgot a decent room service order, as one pizza was burnt) however the rest tasted nice.
