Summary: Very welcoming as we enter the hotel however the lift looks OK and the room is the smallest we had on this trip in Italy. The air conditioning is good however the temperature doesn't work properly at all. Wi-fi is OK and the room is a little dark from my perspective while the water pressure is low so it took a long time for the water kettle to be filled up.
