Positive: Hotel Fattori is well-located, close to the centre of Gatteo a Mare and the beach. It is a family-run hotel, run by its friendly owners and their pet, Anita, who can be seen wandering around the lobby. The breakfast was complete and varied, in keeping with the hotel's overall quality. The rooms were good and comfortable, and, in our case, the bathroom had been recently renovated.

Negative: Under the new management, the hotel has great potential and already exudes a great atmosphere. I would just add a few details to take the experience to the next level: ceiling fans for a cooler night's sleep, an in-room minibar, and an adjustment to the closet size to optimise space. With these details, the proposal would be impeccable.

Summary: Good stay, nice place, great hotel.
