Rosolina RO. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has various types of accommodation: small flats, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can choose a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favourite sport.
Located in the Po Delta Nature Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean maquis, covered by 2 million trees of 150 different species, for example maritime pine and poplar, also called "Populus Alba", from which the island takes its name.
Here fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the village. Parking for one car near the house, parking for the second car in the designated car park (distance 800 m).
