Positive: The hosts were amazing - so kind and helpful! They even came back to the apartment within a half hour during their workday to help us get back into the apartment after we locked ourselves out, forgetting the key on the kitchen table! We stayed for two nights with two adults and two kids (one child slept in the same room with us, and the other slept on the pull-out couch bed in the kitchen area). The location was perfect for visiting the ruins at Paestum (we had a rental car). And there is a very convenient supermarket at the end of the street to buy food and supplies.

Negative: It might be a bit easier to cook if there were a microwave oven available, but the gas range worked well. There seemed to be just one soap dispensing bottle, so we had to divide its usage time between the bathroom and the kitchen sink. (We didn't know if the "degreasing" liquid in the bottle under the sink was appropriate for dishes.)
