A stone staircase leads you to the first floor of the house. The property was built in 2024 and has modern inside decoration and beautiful stonework outside. The house is spacious (100 sq m inside), comfortable, and fully equipped. The windows have nets, so guests don’t have to worry about mosquitoes. By opening the windows, a lovely sea breeze is felt throughout the rooms. The house has a relaxing atmosphere; it’s peaceful and bright.
There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a living room with a big angled sofa, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storeroom, and two bathrooms with showers and bidets. Additionally, there is a patio next to the living room, a private parking area, a backyard, and a front garden.
Villa Sunset is just 3km outside of the capital city and sits in between the two most popular tourist destinations, Pithagoreio and Kokkari, both located around 8km away. It’s a great starting point to get to the most visited beaches and museums on the island.
The international airport is 10km away, and the local seaport just under 4km. Most guests in the area choose to rent a car, as Samos is a big island with many places to explore. Taxi is another option if you don't want to drive. We offer private parking on the property, and we're happy to assist you with car rental arrangements.
The villa houses the owners and is divided into two separate floors. The owners live on the top floor and will be there to welcome you and facilitate your stay. The unit accommodates four people, and there is one sofa bed and one folding bed for two extra people. Additional amenities and services are provided upon request.
