Positive: If you want an authentic South Korean experience, this place is amazing. It’s located in a local market and is an amazing experience in every facet. It’s a beautiful Hanok that put’s the tourist areas to shame. So many thoughtful and authentic touches. Probably the biggest surprise is how great the neighbouring area is. Walk right out the East gate of the market, cross the road and you enter such a fun area with great dining, cafes, shopping and arcades. The best part is that tourists haven’t figured out to visit this area so it’s just such a great experience. This accommodation was such a highlight for us. If you want to experience something truly unique, you’ll love this spot. The owners are also great and very communicative and even came in and did a clean up. It’s also right beside the train station and also behind it is the very cool river walk. 5 stars all the way!

Negative: Our only regret was only spending three nights there! Should have been more.

Summary: The best authentic experience you can have in Seoul. Truly a highlight.
