It is within a short distance of the beach and of the cable car up to the old town centre. The apartment is accessed via 2 flights of narrow stairs. The tower spreads over three levels.
On the entrance level, we find a large open plan living area with kitchenette, chez lounge and dining table with chairs. The French doors of the level open onto a balcony with sea views. On this level, there is a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
