Summary: The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. There are no outdoor chairs or lobby area, so no opportunity to mingle with other guests. This is acceptable for a short stay, but guests looking for more Italian hospitality and charm will be disappointed.
