Open plan lounge diner includes; 2 comfortable brown leather sofas, coffee table, dining table to seat 4. Fantastic entertainment with wifi, large LCD TV with freeview, DVD player, CD player, Board games, deck of cards, reading books and selection of DVDs.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Patio doors provides access to the side and rear, with a private patio and bench which is the sole use of apartment 19.
Communal indoor heated swimming pool available all year and separate children's pool, shower and changing rooms are available within the apartment development. On site utility with coin operated dryers. Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike rack.
Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace. Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too.
No bbq's are allowed at the Apartments, But BBQs are permitted on the beach (Please help keep North Devon tidy)
