Bright and comfortable apartment of 40 sqm, perfect for 2/4 people, in the historical center of Perugia, next to the beautiful church of St. Ercolano. It is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a historic building on Via Campo Battaglia 22, just a few steps from the historic center, the minimetrò and two car parks (Mercato Coperto and Le Briglie). It is the ideal base to experience the life of a medieval center and discover the art of Perugia and other beautiful Umbrian towns. Also close to the University for Foreigners of Perugia (Università per Stranieri), this apartment has recently been fully renovated and it is composed by an entrance hall, kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Included in the price: bed linen and towels, hair dryer, water, gas, electricity, wifi and TV. Linens and towels are always laundered at a high temperature with napisan. The price per night goes from 55€ to 80€ (depends on the period) for 2 people + Euro 17 for each additional person. How to get there: by train to Stazione di Perugia, take the minimetrò (exit Pincetto) or a taxi (5 minutes), if you arrive by car you must take into account that the center is a restricted traffic area so it is possible leave your car in one of the two neighboring parkings (Mercato Coperto, Le Briglie) or immediately outside from the restricted area for free. For those who are interested, there is the possibility to rent a car or a motorbike at special prices.
