Negative: The only weakpoint is the kitchen. Equipments very poor. Not enough, broken mug(s), disgusting sandwichmaker, only a few drinkingcups, coffeemaker unusable, because the hob is induction operated but coffeemaker is aluminium. I had to hack the system. :-)

Summary: Overall....good but only for four people maximum. The couch is for kids only
