Positive: Alex is a lovely gentleman and a wonderful host. The accommodation was perfect and he even helped get an Uber the next morning for us. We accidentally forgot to leave the room key when we checked out. We sent back to him overnight but, all the while, he made us feel like "mistakes happen and it's no big deal."
