In here, you’ll discover a delightful place to unwind, with a chess table and distant views over the garden to the river. Heading outside to the expansive grounds, there is a large patio immediately to the rear with a hot tub, built-in charcoal BBQ and furniture. A lawn leads from here to the bordering woodland, which you can walk through to reach the private riverbank and marshland.
