Heading up the first staircase you enter the heart of the home, which sits on a single, beautifully designed level, bringing together the kitchen, dining and living spaces alongside two of the bedrooms. The open-plan living area is defined by vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing, flooding the space with natural light and framing expansive views across the bay. Sliding doors open onto a generous balcony, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The dining area sits alongside, also opening onto the balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed around a central island, with high-spec appliances and a walk-in larder, making it as functional as it is sociable.
