There are a wealth of breath-taking coastlines just a short drive, with the popular seaside town of Bude just a short drive away and boasting array of shops, pubs and restaurants alongside a choice of stunning sandy beaches and a sea pool. Closer to home the traditional market town of Holsworthy offers a great selection of amenities and shops. Walkers will also be in their element with many coastal paths available on the coasts, and the latter providing a gateway to further must see destinations including Tintagel, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Other attractions in the area include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park, The North Devon Aqua and Wake Park, and RHS Rosemoor Gardens.

Completing the offering on this floor is a separate WC. A stunning glass and oak staircase then leads to the first floor where you will discover the rest of the bedrooms, the first of which is a spacious king-size with a TV and en-suite shower and WC. Next is a cosy twin, which also boast a TV, and servicing this room is a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The final bedroom is another spacious double with French doors to a Juliet balcony, TV and en-suite shower and WC.
