A ferry runs from Instow, taking passengers across the estuary to the neighbouring fishing village of Appledore, where visitors will find several bistros and a pretty quay where they can watch the fishermen return with the day’s catch.

Completing the accommodation is the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside the large garden encircles the property offering a mix of level lawns and patio areas, with garden furniture and benches there is plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy the summer sun, or why not relax in your own private hot tub with a glass of wine or dine alfresco in the state of the art BBQ hut. There is a garage which has been converted into a games room with a dart board and pool table, perfect for the younger guests
