The county and its varying terrain including highlands, lowlands, rivers and lochs accommodate some excellent walks, cycle rides, mountain bike trails, water sports, golf and fishing. The River Tay is famous for some of the finest trout and salmon fishing. Experience a true taste of Scotland by following one of the many whisky trails, visiting some of the country's most infamous distilleries and breweries.
Stepping inside to the hallway of this stunning single storey accommodation leads on to the spacious open plan living area with modern well-equipped kitchen with electric oven with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. There is amble space at the dining table to sit and enjoy you evening meal. The patio doors lead out to the enclosed private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee taking in the stunning views over the Perthshire hills. The lounge area offers comfy sofas where you can relax after your day out to watch TV with DVD, freesat and iPod dock. Exploring this attractive property further you will find three large tastefully decorated bedrooms all with wonderful views.
