Step through the wooden gate , down 8 steps across the courtyard to the entrance of the cottage, which was formerly the hub of the village - the local store. Step inside where you can leave your boots and coats behind. The kitchen/diner has a contemporary twist with a window onto the quaint courtyard. The kitchen area is well-equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine, there is a small table and chairs for dining if you chose to eat in. The lounge provides the perfect space for relaxing after a day of exploring, the simple colours are enhanced with the original exposed stone, there is a TV and DVD. When the day is done climb the cottage-style staircase where you will find a double room with views across to the church along with a bunk bedroom.
