Kochi (139km), Madurai(142km) Coimbatore(167km), Kozhikode(287km), Thiruvananthapuram(302km). The city is also well connected by trains with important cities like Kerala, Trivandrum, Chennai, Delhi. The journey by road is equally convenient for the people who enjoy driving. There is a well-developed network of road transport. Munnar can be accessed by road from Kottayam (147 km), Thekkady (110 km), Madurai (160 km) and Thrissur (158 km).
